Here’s the recipe for the scones. Ingredients 2 cups (16 ounces) of all purpose flour 4 tablespoons (2 ounces) of sugar 4 teaspoons of baking powder ( don’t know how that translates to ounces. Maybe someone knows. 3 ounces of salt free butter Pinch of salt
