½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ripe banana
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 ¼ cups whole milk
8 tablespoons Irish Butter with Olive Oil plus more for the pan and serving
