Ingredients

4 Slices Wholegrain bread

4 Eggs

150 g Strawberries

125 g Avacado

Directions

1 Poach eggs

2 Toast wholegrain bread

3 Slice strawberries and avocado into thin slices

4 Place avocado slices on toast, followed by poached eggs, then top with strawberry slices and serve.
