Odlums Breakfast Booster Banana & Oat Smoothie

Ingredients:

15g / 1 tablespoon Odlums Porridge Oatflakes 1 Large Banana 300ml / 1/2 pint Skimmed Milk (ice cold) 2 Ice Cubes or additional fruit if desired (e.g. frozen strawberries)

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and “buzz” for about a minute until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
  3. Drizzle with Rowse Honey
